The Columbia River Gorge has become a fast favorite for so many sessions! This breathtaking view is gorgeous rain, shine, or clouds! It just doesn’t get better than this. Except maybe when my couples decide to bring their pups!! I absolutely love incorporating your fur babies into your sessions! And this Columbia River Gorge location is just perfect for it.

Sky and Andy were complete naturals and we had so much fun during their engagement session. Their love for each other came out in all the ways they snuggled, laughed, and played together. Getting to know them during this session was not only fun, but got me SO excited for their big day! Next year can’t come soon enough and I’m sure they feel the same!

Though this Columbia River Gorge location is stunning, the wind can certainly roar. I love when my couples absolutely embrace the adventure! Let the hair and dress fly and just laugh and go with it! You could tell in their smiles the only thing that mattered was to celebrate each other and this precious time in their lives. And of course, their sweet pup that did so well! I also encourage my couples to choose two outfits. Often they will start out with one that is dressier, especially a flowy dress for this location. Then they will change into something cute but a little more casual! I love saving some of the more fun and silly poses/prompts for the casual outfit. Leaving the softer and more romantic ones for the dressier outfit. Usually my brides to be can better run around without heels on!

I am so thrilled for these two sweet souls. Their wedding day will definitely be one to remember, I can just feel it. Come on and hurry up next July!
