Why you should love your photographer...

On your wedding day you will be spending about 85-90% of your entire day with your photographer by your side. They will be guiding you through every step of the day! You want someone there you trust, who is organized, and who you can have fun with!

When you love your photographer and get along with them really well you can let your guard down around them. You can crack silly jokes and laugh and have fun! In doing so, you end up with not only amazing and genuine photos, but you'll have an even better experience!

When you've taken the time to get to know the person photographing you, they will know and understand your specific needs and wants. They will know the best way to capture you and bring out your best smiles, laughs, and natural emotions. Plus who doesn't love making new friends?!

Korina + Cody: A Couple’s Session at Bush Park

September 3, 2020

Ohhh these two!! There is nothing sweeter than high school sweethearts! Now in college, these two cuties are loving life together and embracing adventures. We did a couple’s session at Bush Park in Salem, which was gorgeous, yet had tons of people around, including another photoshoot for a quincenera with the big fancy dresses!!

I met Korina when she was hired on at my previous job at an audiology clinic. We worked right next to each other at the front desk for some time and she’s just the sweetest! I recently left that position to pursue my business full time and Korina stepped up to take over my place. I couldn’t have chosen a better girl! Cody would also come into the office occasionally to bring her coffees or treats and we would ohh and aww over how sweet he was to her!

I just can’t get over the glow we had during our session! And the light was pretty great too! Haha! I loved watching how they laughed and giggled together, how she looked at him. It just melted me! Not only did we do a couple’s session at Bush Park for them this day, we also used their session to film my behind the scenes promo video which you can see right here on my website! They were such great sports and allowed multiple cameras on them at once, never losing their sweet connection. I had so much fun with them! I can’t wait for them to someday hopefully call me with their engagement announcement!! For now, sweet kids, enjoy this time in your lives!
