I don’t know about you, but I LOVE being able to see behind-the-scenes, whether it’s bloopers of my favorite shows or movies or how others acheive what the amazing things they do. So I thought it would be fun to share all the behind-the-scenes that were captured during our time at this amazing Boulder, Colorado engagement session!

After a bit of instruction, my amazing assistant, Tiffany, was able to capture these images throughout our day. She has been such an asset assisting me during wedding days. I will never attempt another wedding day without her! Tiffany hasn’t had much experience behind the camera so just for fun she tried it out during our session here and I think she’s a natural! I may very well have a future second shooter in the making!

Incredible Day, Bloopers and All!

This session was nothing short of incredible! We literally shot ALL day – three locations, three outfits, and lots of breathtaking views. We figured if we were flying out solely for this session we were going to take advantage of our time as much as possible! I was just in awe all day of not only this place, but with these two super sweet souls. It was the most incredible day. Even when I wasn’t paying attention while backing up for a shot and tripped, landing right on my butt! Seriously though, what photographer hasn’t tripped, fallen, or landed in a bush from time to time? We are just super dedicated to getting the shot! Haha!

It was cold!

It was chilly and super windy that day in Colorado but Zach and Weslie heated things up with their super sweet cuddles. I absolutely adore these two and I can’t wait for their wedding day! I love looking back at these images during this Boulder, Colorado engagement session and seeing how the shot was created, how I serve my couples, help guide and direct them, and just plain have fun with them!
