Melissa and Brian and their sweet kiddos are SO much fun! This is one of my favorite locations for portraits when clients come to me and want a great view! The Columbia River Gorge is absolutely stunning as long as you don’t mind a bit of wind! What an adventure we had running all over this place. Even when it started to drizzle toward the end of their session, we just kept going.

The crazy wind, drizzly rain and breathtaking view made it a day to remember for sure! I also love that you never really know what you’ll get when you come here. I always try to keep en eye on the weather ahead of time. This day was supposed to just be overcast but this is Oregon. We get unexpected rain off and on all the time, even during the summer sometimes. As true Oregonians, we just ran with it and had a BLAST! Just look at these gorgeous colors at the Columbia River Gorge!

You can see how much love this family has for each other. One of my favorite moments during this session was watching Aubri and Austin play and laugh together. Little Austin wasn’t a fan of having his photo taken at first, but after a little bit he began to open up. And just look at that SMILE! I’m so privileged to be able to call them friends!
