STEP ONE: Let's Be Friends!
I believe that wedding photography shouldn't just be beautiful photos, but an incredible EXPERIENCE! Part of that experience includes getting to know my couples. I look for fun, outgoing couples who aren't afraid to be themselves, love to laugh and crack jokes, and enjoy life! After getting to know you and a little bit about your wedding day online, I love to schedule a meet up to see if we are a perfect fit for your wedding day! After all, we'll spend about 90% of that day together and you deserve someone you feel completely comfortable with! Then we move on to the booking process!...

Yay!! We found that we are a perfect fit and you are ready to become a Joni Loraine bride and groom! The next step is to make sure your date is secure and saved just for you! I'll send you a custom online booking proposal where you can review your collection package and pay your retainer to make everything official. Now that you're part of the Joni Loraine bride tribe, it's time to get started!...

It's time to let the fun begin!! Once you're all booked and your date is saved, we'll schedule your engagement session! Don't worry if you think you might be awkward in front of the camera or not know any poses...I'll lead the way and walk you through it. I'll teach you EVERYTHING! I thrive at helping my couples relax and feel comfortable so they can let go and just be themselves. After the first 15 minutes, you'll be pros! That's all the time you'll need to get rid of the nerves and start to have fun, even if you think you aren't photogenic or if your fiance "hates having photos taken". You'll begin to feel like yourselves and we begin to capture the joy of this magical time in your lives! After the engagement session you'll have your images sent to you in a private online gallery that you can use and share however you wish.

Once we are 6-8 weeks out from your big day we will make sure that we are completely prepared and ready for your wedding! I love to meet with my couples to create a custom timeline to ensure we don't miss any of those special photos you've been dreaming of! You know all of those dreamy portraits, fun shots like popping a champagne bottle with your girls while in your cute matching robes, and the detail shots of all the special elements of your day?? I work with my couples to plan their day so they have images like that of their OWN! After photographing weddings with several very different timelines, I know how to create the perfect custom timeline for a photographer-friendly wedding day!

It's your wedding day!! It's finally here! Now it's time to relax, have fun, and let me get to work! I believe in telling the full story of a wedding day, from all the bridal details to the centerpieces you spent so much time planning and putting together. Because of this reason, I never shoot less than 8 hours. for most couples, the day goes by in a blur so I make it a priority to capture all the traditional shots that every bride needs while also capturing the sweet moments in between in a unique and creative way. One of my favorite parts of the day is the romantic portrait time with my couples and meeting their friends and family! After the wedding you'll be getting a sneak peek within 24-48 hours while you're still on cloud nine from the big day! Then once your whole gallery is finished it will be sent to you in a new private online gallery that you can share with friends and family!
STEP FIVE: Your Wedding Day!

After your wedding day is all said and done, you'll receive HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of images in your own private online gallery that will be emailed to you. I recommend for my couples to sit down together with a glass of wine or a drink and relieve their wedding day memories together through their images when they receive their gallery. Soon after your gallery is delivered you'll receive your album design (if you ordered an album) and you can begin the customization process!
