Why you should love your photographer...

On your wedding day you will be spending about 85-90% of your entire day with your photographer by your side. They will be guiding you through every step of the day! You want someone there you trust, who is organized, and who you can have fun with!

When you love your photographer and get along with them really well you can let your guard down around them. You can crack silly jokes and laugh and have fun! In doing so, you end up with not only amazing and genuine photos, but you'll have an even better experience!

When you've taken the time to get to know the person photographing you, they will know and understand your specific needs and wants. They will know the best way to capture you and bring out your best smiles, laughs, and natural emotions. Plus who doesn't love making new friends?!

Michelle + Cordero: A wedding at Fryman’s Hideout

December 5, 2019

This wedding at Fryman’s Hideout in Keizer, Oregon was just a little bit different than some of my recent weddings. Though I absolutely LOVED it! From the ceremony spoken completely in Spanish to the mariachi band, where I was asked to make a song request. Of course I had to request Beseme, which was the only Spanish song that came to mind at the time! From the striking red roses to the soft, elegant lace of Michelle’s wedding dress, this day was incredible from start to finish!

How We Met

Michelle and I met years ago while I was working as a dental assistant. While I was pregnant with my youngest I had some complications and worked at the front desk for a while until after I had my baby. Once I moved back to assisting, this sweet girl came in to take over my position at the front desk. Michelle is thoughtful and soft spoken, but she is also so much fun! I have loved getting to know her over the years and to still be in touch even after I have moved on from dental. To be a part of her special day meant the world to me!

The Wedding Day

This venue is located right outside of Keizer, Oregon and sits on a quiet, serene piece of land. Donned with the beautiful rose and tool covered ceremony site, it made for a perfect wedding day! I absolutely loved the moment during the bride and groom’s romantic portraits where we were ambushed by the all the sheep! Haha! We don’t mind photo bombers as much when they are cute, except when they tried to eat Michelle’s bouquet! We wandered down into the sheep field as that area had the best light and backdrop and the sheep just followed right along!

Fryman’s Hideout

This wedding at Fryman’s Hideout had the perfect setting for such a beautiful couple. Michelle was absolutely stunning and the reception was a blast with the hilariously fun traditional dance they did with their guests! The lighting all day was on point! Congratulations Michelle and Cordero! I wish you so many memories and adventures together.

Oregon is beautiful from just outside of town, to the mountains, and all the way to our gorgeous Oregon coast! Take a look at Hannah + Drew’s magical day and sunset at Cannon Beach!
