Why you should love your photographer...

On your wedding day you will be spending about 85-90% of your entire day with your photographer by your side. They will be guiding you through every step of the day! You want someone there you trust, who is organized, and who you can have fun with!

When you love your photographer and get along with them really well you can let your guard down around them. You can crack silly jokes and laugh and have fun! In doing so, you end up with not only amazing and genuine photos, but you'll have an even better experience!

When you've taken the time to get to know the person photographing you, they will know and understand your specific needs and wants. They will know the best way to capture you and bring out your best smiles, laughs, and natural emotions. Plus who doesn't love making new friends?!

Favorite Bridal Bouquets of 2019 and 2020!

November 5, 2020

One of my favorite parts when arriving on a wedding day is getting to see what the dress looks like and the bridal bouquet! The bouquet tops your entire bridal look and can be SO versatile! Not only are they great to add into detail shots, but they can be used in reception detail photos as well if you don’t have many centerpieces! So let’s talk about why the bouquet is so important and show you some of my top favorites of mine from some of my 2019 and 2020 brides!

The Bridal Bouquet

There are so many expenses when it comes to wedding planning. Many brides have to prioritize what they want to invest in. I just want to give a little tip that can save money and make a huge impact on the way your images turn out. If you’re having trouble making a decision about your florals, here is what I suggest.

I recommend making your bridal bouquet a BIG priority! When I’m photographing a wedding, if the bride has a gorgeous bouquet, I can make an entire day look like there where beautiful florals everywhere! I can use the bridal bouquet to spruce up bridal details, reception details, AND even bride and groom portraits as well! The bridal bouquet is a focal point for me when it comes to your photography, and so I highly recommend getting your DREAM bouquet and investing less on the bridesmaids bouquets since they will not be photographed nearly as much! Splurge for those blooms! They will make all the difference!

Here are a few of my top favorite bouquets of 2019 and 2020 from my brides!
