I LOVE it when couples choose locations for their engagement sessions that are sentimental to them! This University of Portland engagement session was exactly that! Anne Marie and Chris met while they were attending college here. They both love frisbee golf, which they played on campus quite often. They love it so much so that they planned to have little frisbee’s with their names on them as wedding favors for their reception! How cute is that?!

I met Anne Marie and Chris while photographing their friend’s wedding last year. They were both in the bridal party! So I was thrilled when they contacted me to let me know that they were now engaged and wanted me to capture their special day! Walking through this University with them and listening to them reminisce about their days on campus, where they would hang out and the hijinks they’d get into was the BEST! As I walked with them through their old stomping grounds and they shared these stories with me, it was almost like I could picture them there falling in love. These two are so sweet together and the way he makes her laugh, the jokes they toss back and forth, is enough to make your heart smile.

This University of Portland engagement session was so special and one that I will not soon forget! I can’t WAIT for their wedding day!
