This right here is exactly why I love what I do. It’s these moments. The in-between moments. The emotional ones. Whether that involves tears of joy or expressions of pure and utter excitement! It’s the emotional moments between a parent and their child who is about to start a new chapter in their lives. It’s a grandparent dancing with their grandchild on their wedding day. A grandmother placing her own necklace on her granddaughter before the ceremony. Those precious first look emotions between a bride and groom or a bride and her father.

A Story to Tell

These details can’t go unnoticed on a wedding day by your wedding photographer. You need someone there who understands just how important these emotional moments are, just as much as the portraits or ceremony photos. One of my favorite photos I have with my grandma is on my wedding day. Now that she’s gone I cherish it so much more than I thought I would. The photos are all we have at the end of the day.
