We were blessed with such a gorgeous day at Langdon Farms Golf Club for Marissa and Andrew’s wedding! While I love the sunshine, it was SO much fun to have a day that was mostly complete overcast with billowy clouds laying over the sky. It wasn’t too hot and it allowed for some of the most gorgeous and even light! We were able to capture some incredible portraits here at this venue that I hadn’t yet had the opportunity to get before! Where the sun usually shines hitting directly on the front of the white house, we were able to use it and the wide open grounds as a breathtaking backdrop.

A Perfect Day at Langdon Farms

Marissa and Andrew were simply perfect! After they shared a precious first look they exchanged personal letters they wrote to each other. It was so sweet to watch as smiles and laughter shortly ensued. Their portrait time was some of my absolute favorite! They are already such a stunning couple. But with Marissa in her flowy princess dress and their infectious smiles I couldn’t help but fall in love with every single image we captured! These two made our job SO easy! They fully trusted me to lead them through the day and through their portraits with effortless ease, just loving on each other all the way through! I loved getting to know their families and seeing how much they love these two.

There were so many sweet moments that it was hard to choose a favorite! From the fairytale like portraits to how Andrew’s grandma carried her late husband’s portrait with her from the special chair at the ceremony to her place at the table. Getting to utilize new areas of this familiar venue and the gorgeous cascading bridal bouquet. From the way Marissa LOVES Disney to how much they all loved to dance. Every moment was precious. I can’t tell you how much I love my couples and capturing one of the most important days of their lives. My couples and all the vendors I get to work with are some of the BEST people and I’m so incredibly lucky! I wish these two nothing but a lifetime of love and adventures together!
