Why you should love your photographer...

On your wedding day you will be spending about 85-90% of your entire day with your photographer by your side. They will be guiding you through every step of the day! You want someone there you trust, who is organized, and who you can have fun with!

When you love your photographer and get along with them really well you can let your guard down around them. You can crack silly jokes and laugh and have fun! In doing so, you end up with not only amazing and genuine photos, but you'll have an even better experience!

When you've taken the time to get to know the person photographing you, they will know and understand your specific needs and wants. They will know the best way to capture you and bring out your best smiles, laughs, and natural emotions. Plus who doesn't love making new friends?!

A Senior Session at Graham Oaks Nature Park

December 13, 2023

In the heart of nature’s embrace, where the sun dances through the trees and the breeze whispers secrets, a senior session unfolded at Graham Oaks Nature Park. Halona is such a stunner! I may be a little bit biased, simply because she’s my cousin’s daughter. But honestly you can’t look at her and tell me she’s not a incredible beauty!! I’m SO proud of her, her accomplishments, and so proud to call her family.

Graham Oaks Nature Park

Graham Oaks Nature Park has sprawling meadows and ancient oak trees. It served as the perfect canvas for Halona’s senior session. The park, known for its serene ambiance and diverse ecosystems, offered a variety of settings to showcase Halona’s personality and style.

As the sun began its descent, casting a warm, golden glow across the landscape, the magic of the golden hour unfolded. Halona’s radiant smile mirrored the sun’s brilliance as she posed among the tall grasses, creating an ethereal atmosphere. She was stunning no matter what she did!

One of the highlights of the session was capturing Halona beneath the majestic oak tree. This ancient oak tree was absolutely brilliant behind her! Halona’s senior session was not just about capturing staged poses but also celebrating the candid moments that unfolded organically. Whether she was laughing with genuine joy or lost in contemplation, these authentic glimpses into her personality added depth and sincerity to her portraits.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, this senior session at Graham Oaks Nature Park with the gorgeous Halona drew to a close. I know that this girl is going to do amazing things in her future to come. She’s strong, purposeful, and so smart! Halona’s senior session was not just a photoshoot; it was a celebration of beauty, nature, and the timeless spirit of youth. Happy senior year, Halona!
